It is our hope that our interest in sustainable agriculture will in turn bring more interest in sustainable development in the rural parts of the developing world, help the work of The Cusichaca Trust reach a larger audience, encourage the citizens of rural Peru to work on sustainable development projects in their own communities, and create an archive of traditional life as the towns themselves begin to shift into a more developed state. Please pass this along to anyone you know who has an interest in organic agriculture, traditional agriculture, sustainability, the slow food movement, travel to remote regions, archeology, history, third world politics, the environment or agroecology. And sign up for our newsletter, which comes once a month or less (depending whether we are in the countryside or not) and contains updates on the project and new photos. And of course you can make a tax-deductible donation to this project by writing a check to DER with The Seedling Project in the Memo line and sending it to: Documentary Educational Resources
